I am Brice Colucci, a fractional CTO, senior full-stack engineer, and two-time former CTO with more than 16 years of experience. I have worked across startups, agencies, consulting organizations, and multinational companies—from early product decisions to complex systems already operating at scale.
My approach is pragmatic: understand the real constraint, make trade-offs visible, and leave both the product and the team stronger. I use coding agents daily for analysis, implementation, testing, refactoring, documentation, and automation. They shorten feedback loops; responsibility for architecture, quality, security, and business outcomes stays human.
